Our story
Archers Catering and Events is a local family business, owned by qualified chef Adam Archer along with his wife Jemma and his parents Debbie and John.
From Adam watching Nanna baking scones in the early hours of the morning to Debbie teaching him the family chicken croquette recipe necessary for every family gathering (if you waited too long you missed out!), bonding over good food has always been an essential part of his family, and now that passion inspires our catering team to create incredible food that your guests will bond over too.
Who we are
Owner and Chef Adam Archer has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry, and extensive experience in catering and events. He is very passionate about food with an emphasis on quality and flavour.
After several years in the catering industry, Adam decided to start his own catering company, where he can combine his love for amazing food with excellent customer service.
Located in Toowoomba, we are fully licensed for on-site and off-site catering services across the Toowoomba, Darling Downs, Lockyer Valley and Southern Downs regions.
